Since we brought on Encore Fire to complete all of our fire protection services, they have made my job and life so much easier. All of their service techs and office staff are professional and friendly. I know that each time I call encore I am going to get 100% honesty and professionalism. Encore installed sprinklers, alarms, smoke detectors, and CO2 detectors in my multi -family home. I was impressed with their work and really appreciated them taking the time to walk me through everything. They were in contact and attentive through the entire process, and they did a great job of being respectful of my tenants, as well as my living space. For any fire suppression related work going forward, I will be using Encore.

Amanda from Encore had some techs come in to help with some deficiencies that we had. Couldn’t find our Panel Program so Mark and the team helped track it down from the original vendor. They’re super responsive and awesome to work with. By far the best around, I would highly recommend. They are very thorough and when it comes to Fire Safety, they will put your mind at ease.

Being a facililties manager for a place that has over a hundred buildings and over a million square feet to maintain, teaming up with Encore has been just as advertise upon the first visit from the sales people. They have responded to emergencies, provided insight to long term projects and have helped in documentation all while following through on loose ends that would normally get lost in the shuffle.

The techicians that are sent to my facility are first class, from the way they dress, to being well spoken, along with the knowlege they possess.

Had a new extensive fire alarm installed at our 7,000 sq ft building with offices and manufacturing – Encore pricing was competitive, communication was great, installation smooth, clean and efficient.
